Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!

Years of French tradition continue with the 2015 release of this wine, and it's one of the best vintages ever made!

Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine from the first harvest of grapes in the Beaujolais region of France. It's released on the third Thursday in November and often celebrated with a 'Beaujolais Breakfast' at home or in restaurants.

What makes Beaujolais Nouveau special?

It's on of only a handful of wines that are produced, bottled and released within a few weeks of harvest. This gives the wine lots of instant drinkability.

What does it taste like?

This 2015 vintage from Domaine André Cologne et Fils picked up the gold medal at the recent Trophee Lyon Beaujolais Nouveau! It it fresh and fruity with cherry, strawberry and raspberry flavours.

How should it be drunk?

You'll want to chill the wine for about 15 minutes in the fridge before drinking, as this will enhance the fresh fruit flavours.

The wine is only available whilst stocks last.
