Curiously curious London Dry Gin. A cabinet of knick-knacks and colourful trinkets; shelf upon shelf of intriguing memorabilia. Welcome to The Eclectic Gin Society. A wonderful place for whacky, whimsical and experienced minds. Each item on the shelves on the label represents a diverse band of independent wine merchants on the quest to create their own perfect gin. Distilled in small batches in a traditional copper pot still, our London Dry juniper-led gin finishes with juicy citrus notes. Ideally served ice with a quality tonic and a twist of citrus peel.Ashley says

Hand selected barrels producing bourbon in small batches has been around for a very long time and the Reverend Elijah Craig was one of the original pioneers of this art. He allegedly operated in the Royal Spring Mill which today is Georgetown Kentucky. As fate would have it, he suffered a small fire in the distillery which resulted in the barrels being 'charred'. Not wanting to be wasteful he continued to use the barrels and as luck would have it, this actually resulted in the bourbon tasting much better as it took on a much smoother and richer complexity and a distinctive colour and flavour of its own.Alan says
