Passion for terroir took Michel Chapoutier south to Roussillon where he bought land in the village of Latour de France and began farming organically and biodynamically. The flagship white, this has citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit mixed with smoky notes whilst the palate is very fresh with salty notes and minerality. An excellent aperitif or a great match with shellfish or seafood dishes.
