  • Geoff Dann is the UK's leading authority on fungi foraging and has been a professional foraging teacher and writer since 2010. Geoff teaches fungi foraging in the autumn as a full-time job and is the author of the most comprehensive book on edible and poisonous wild European fungi ever published (Edible Mushrooms, Green Books 2016). 
  • We will meet at Churchfield Farm for coffee before heading off to forage in the local woods and fields. We will be guided by Geoff on what we can or cannot harvest and bring our finds home.

  • Over a glass of English Sparkling wine, local Chef Keith Mickleburgh will show us how to properly prepare and cook our finds.

  • We will sit down to enjoy a four course dinner prepared by Keith, accompanied by a selection of wines. 

 

Booking is essential.

  • Please note that we do not issue physical tickets for events.
  • Please advise us of any dietary requirements at time of booking.
  • Event tickets are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a gift voucher to be spent on wines or other events, up until 3 days before the event.
