  • We've teamed up with local bespoke food & wine company, Toast, to bring you a taste of Autumn through a 6 course tasting menu paired with wine.
  • The wines will be introduced by a member of the Amps team.

Duck liver parfait, toasted sourdough, beetroot & orange chutney, beetroot crisps
  • Domaine du Grandpre Cuvee Minotaure Rosé 2018, Cotes du Provence, France

Salad of mackerel fillet & bramley apple three ways.

  • Riesling Wakefield 2016, Clare Valley, Australia

Ballotine of rabbit loin & serrano ham, rabbit pie, parsnip purée, cavolo nero & chestnuts, wild mushroom jus.

  • Lirac Guillaume Gonnet 2017, Rhone Valley, France

Roasted fig crumble, cinnamon & ginger mascarpone, lemon thyme shortbread.

  • Monbazillac Domaine Grange Neuve 2016, Bordeaux, France

Selection of British cheese & biscuits, quince jelly.
