White

Sauvignon Blanc Domaine de Vedilhan, France
This wine completely and utterly over delivers on price, quality and value. Without doubt, the best Southern French Sauvignon we've tried, since, well, sliced bread! Upfront fruit, lovely minerality, crisp citrus fruit flavours, and refreshing zingy acidity, which makes it the perfect partner to seafood.

Baccolo Bianco Appassimento Cielo, Italy
This is such a pretty wine, particularly for the summer season. It's made mainly from the Garganega grape (80%) with some of those grapes left to air-dry (the 'appassimento' technique) to give richer, fruitier flavours. To retain freshness, the blend is made up with a small amount of Sauvignon Blanc (20%). Dried mango aromas leap out of the glass and there's a lovely fruit salad mix of flavours, particularly tropical. The ripe fruit will match well with lightly spiced dishes, Thai or Chinese cuisine.

Rioja Blanco Lopez de Haro, Spain
A multi-award winner. Made from the Viura grape variety, this has lovely stone fruit and pear flavours and is fresh but fleshy with good balance and a long finish. An excellent choice with chicken.

Chenin Blanc Seriti, South Africa
Classic baked apple and zippy citrus aromas with soft, delicate apple fruit on the palate balanced by lots of freshness. A great value wine with real weight and character, texture and finesse too. A great partner to chicken curry, spicy mango salad, grilled fish or chicken.

Chardonnay Karu, Chile
One of our top selling Chardonnays for good reason! It's a juicy, unoaked white which results in intense tropical fruit aromas of banana, pineapple and passion fruit. Great flavour and texture with crisp fresh, balanced acidity typical of the Casablanca Valley and a delicious juicy finish.

Pinot Grigio Calusari, Romania
Perhaps you thought the best Pinot Grigio was made in Italy, but this Romanian beauty has more fruit flavour than any Italian Pinot Grigio I've ever tried at this price. Great with savoury nibbles or fish.

Red

Merlot/Mourvedre Les Oliviers, France
A wine named after the olive groves that flourish around the sun drenched vineyards of Southern France. A lusciously fruity red with ripe red summer berries, plums, damsons, warm spice and a wild herby edge to balance out the rich fruit. Smooth, supple and full of character! Enjoy with pasta or grilled red meats.

Malbec Single Vineyard Alberca, Argentina
A really pure and juicy expression of Malbec, deep red almost purple in colour and wonderfully aromatic with lifted violet, red currant and cassis notes. Tastes great chilled with a juicy steak, BBQ or spicy chorizo dishes.

Primitivo Origini, Italy
Soft, plummy and characterful with intense blueberry aromas and juicy morello cherry, dark berry, bitter chocolate and spicy flavours. Velvety smooth but nicely structured. It's crazy value for money! Enjoy with pizza, pasta or simply on its own.

Old Vine Cinsault Percheron, South Africa
The name Percheron is derived from the name of a South African breed of horses. Made from 65 year old bush vines - a true national treasure from the Western Cape (like Percheron horses) this is a pretty and flavoursome red with lots of red cherry fruit and exotic spices. Drink on its own or slightly chilled with duck or pork belly.

Shiraz/Cabernet Brookford, Australia
Juicy, dangerously drinkable and great value! Enjoy with sizzling BBQ food

Cotes du Rhone Villages Les Coteaux Boutinot, France
Every now and then we taste a wine and the team goes 'wow!' - which is exactly why this is one of our favourites. Each year exceptional parcels of Grenache and Syrah grapes from the best villages in the Cotes du Rhone are selected to make this wine and it just seems to get better with each vintage! Deliciously smooth and rich with elegant red berry fruits, soft supple tannins and cherry fruit flavours. Best enjoyed with lamb or hearty casseroles.

If you would prefer a white only or red only case, we will send you pairs of each wine instead. Please note that if a wine is unavailable we will substitute with a suitable alternative.
