Red

Cotes du Rhone Villages Les Coteaux Boutinot, France
Every now and then we taste a wine and the team goes 'wow!' - which is exactly why this is one of our favourites. Each year exceptional parcels of Grenache and Syrah grapes from the best villages in the Cotes du Rhone are selected to make this wine and it just seems to get better with each vintage! Deliciously smooth and rich with elegant red berry fruits, soft supple tannins and cherry fruit flavours. Best enjoyed with lamb or hearty casseroles.

Malbec Seleccion Especial Camarada, Argentina
A classy red that shows juicy bright blueberry and blackberry flavours with a twist of rich red plum and a long spicy finish. A soft style meant for easy drinking with simple foods such as beef burgers or pizza.

Nero d'Avola Sibiliano, Sicily (organic)
Nero d'Avola is one of those rich, dark fruit yet not too heavy grape varieties that is really easy to drink. This also has some lovely baking spices in the mix too. It punches well above its price tag! Enjoy alongside a beefburger or pizza.

Seleccion Tinto Borsao, Spain
The three peaks shown on the label of this wine represent the three co-operatives which joined together to form Bodegas Borsao, a multi award winning producer in Spain. A fruity little number, full of juicy cherry, plum and blueberry fruit, with warm chocolate and spicy flavours. As with all of the Bodegas Borsao wines, this is an outstanding example of an easy drinking wine that overdelivers on price.

Carmenere Reserva Adobe, Chile (organic)
Carmenere at its best with bags of fruit balanced by impressive structure. Intensely fruity nose, with standout plum and redcurrant aromas and hints of toast and blackcurrants. Smooth, ripe, velvety tannins and good density. Ideal served with peppery dishes, stews or pasta dishes.
