Curiously curious London Dry Gin. A cabinet of knick-knacks and colourful trinkets; shelf upon shelf of intriguing memorabilia. Welcome to The Eclectic Gin Society. A wonderful place for whacky, whimsical and experienced minds. Each item on the shelves on the label represents a diverse band of independent wine merchants on the quest to create their own perfect gin. Distilled in small batches in a traditional copper pot still, our London Dry juniper-led gin finishes with juicy citrus notes. Ideally served ice with a quality tonic and a twist of citrus peel.Ashley says

_____
Winterhoek Sauvignon Blanc, South Africa
DA slightly heavier style of Sauvignon Blanc that has good concentration of fruit. It begins with stone fruit, green melon and subtle vanilla oak on the nose. To taste, it's driven by mineral and citrus freshness with a juicy, creamy palate full of zesty fruit and a hint of nuts. Pairs well with most shellfish or try with baked haddock or a feta and garlic pasta.
Peacock Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc, South Africa
DWhite stone fruits with lime and green apple on the nose. Ripe, slightly honeyed apple flavours with vibrant lime freshness to balance its slightly fuller-bodied style. The use of old oak barrels helps to give a smoother textural mouthfeel but doesn't impart any flavours on the wine. Pairs perfectly with white meats but you could also experiment with chicken risotto or mildly spiced Thai cuisine.
Lyrarakis Vidiano, Crete
Aromas of apricot and citrus with blooming herbs, which reveal the rich varietal character of the rare Vidiano grape. Velvety mouthfeel, full of texture with strong presence of ripe fruit and minerality to balance through to the finish. A wine that loves seafood or white meats in creamy sauces.
Weingut Zahel Orange T, Austria
This is not an Orange wine, contrary to what the name may suggest! Amazing balance between fruit concentration and freshness. Intense spicy peach, oranges, and honeysuckle aromas. The flavours are concentrated, ripe and fresh. Lovely stone fruit flavours throughout and a juicy grapefruit to finish. Most Asian inspired dishes with a little spice will pair well with this as will a roasted sweet potato tray bake.
