Game & Rhone Supper
A fun and interactive evening to raise money for The Game Conservancy Trust.
The evening will begin with a butchery demonstration by Seven Wells Butchers showing how to prepare game for cooking. Top local chef Keith Mickleburgh of Beetroot Catering will then show us how to cook some tasty ten minute suppers from the prepared game.
Philip Amps will match four delicious red wines to the food. The wines will be from around the world and made from grape varieties you except to find in France’s Rhone Valley. To finish the evening, we will sit down to a game dish with a glass of wine.
