Mediterranean Evening
Let us bring some sunny vibes to you with a taste of the Mediterranean!
We’re working with local country pub, The Monty, to host a summer evening in their outdoor space (the area is covered should the weather be unkind!)
Amps team members, Simon & Danielle, will talk and taste through a selection of six wines including two whites, a rosé, two reds and a dessert wine. There will be some breads, oils and olives on the table to nibble on throughout the tasting.
After the tasting, local chef Justin Capp, who trained in Barcelona, will be cooking an authentic paella for us…. we’ve enjoyed his paella on numerous occasions so can vouch for just how good it is! A glass of wine will accompany your dish of paella. To round off the evening, dessert of Crème Catalana (lemon, cinnamon & orange crème brûlée) will be served.
Booking is necessary.
Your ticket includes tasting all tasting samples, breads & olives, paella, dessert and a glass of wine.
This is a tutored tasting so will begin promptly at 7pm.
