Hofberg is the name of the vineyard that this fruit comes from – the most historically important vineyard in the Dhron Valley. AJ Adam harvest late enough to gain that richness in the fruit but not too late that the grapes lose their freshness so this wine has perfect balance throughout. There’s exotic fruit and herbaceous pea pod aromas. With 75g/l of residual sugar, it’s got a sweet flavour with lots of ripe fruit and creamy textural mouthfeel. It’s uplifted by minerality and vibrant freshness, finishing with juicy ripe mango, leaving you thirsty for more! Pair with something extra spicy or a selection of aged cheeses such as blue, gouda or feta.
