The Häs’chen vineyard is tiny, measuring only 2,677 qm, where the terraces are so steep they’re almost reaching for the sky! The vines were planted back in the 1930s and are now producing seriously good quality fruit.
This dry Riesling has a flinty aroma with soft stone fruits, white blossom and a hint of ginger. The flavours are really fresh and delicate, you can really taste the slate on which its grown too. Lovely concentration of soft clementine fruit on the finish, which goes on and on and on! A wine that can keep for the next 10 years easily, in fact it’s pretty shy when young. Sit back, relax and savour it on its own.
