Bouchard Pere et Fils was founded in 1731, making it one of the oldest wine producers in Burgundy. The Macon region is the most southerly region of Burgundy and the warmer climate is reflected in the wines through richness and intensity of flavour. So with this wine you can expect aromas and flavours of ripe apple and pear with citrus and nutty hints. Beautifully fresh too. Drink with roasted white meats.
