If you haven’t tried a sparkling red before then this is a great place to start. A stunning dry sparkler with oodles of pomegranate, blackcurrant and blackberry flavours. Serve chilled as you would with white sparkling, and alongside pasta, antipasti or roasted meats. In the summer it’s amazing with a BBQ, otherwise enjoy with a platter of cured meats such as salami and cheeses.
