As this is from the lesser known Montagne Saint Emilion (arguably the most prestigious satellite of Saint Emilion), it offers great value for money. It’s an approachable and graceful Claret that’s drinking beautifully at the moment. Deep ruby colour, ripe berry fruit scents and mellow structure with notes of oak spice. Full bodied and well balanced, with a seductive finish. A wonderful match with turkey.
