A blend of 90% Viura and 10% Garnacha Blanca. Cool temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks was followed by 10 months ageing in wood. The elegant nose is bright and fresh, with floral and citrus notes, with just a hint of vanilla. The palate explodes in a zingy but creamy mouth filling flavour and a very long finish. A very classy glass of wine that will be wonderful with white meats, fish and cheese.
