Aromatic and perfumed, vibrant citrus with ripe melon and just a hint of white pepper. Although typical form what to expect from the grape this wine is anything but typical, well balanced, and fresh with the saline edge created a beautiful example of what to look from Picpoul. The vines are grown close to the Etang de Thau which homes the southern Languedoc’s oyster and mussel beds, local foods are always great with local wines. Why not try this next time you have oysters or mussels
