A stunning Syrah from Emiliana, the world’s largest organic winery. Pronounced black pepper, blackberry, cherry and savoury aromnas. More concentration of blackberries mixed with morello cherry fruit on the palate, wrapped in incredibly soft tannins. There’s a savoury middle and a hint of spice, but it finishes with more of the dark brooding fruits. The savoury touch makes this a great foodie wine – sirloin steak with a rich sauce would be brilliant, or try with an unusual goat’s cheese & honey pizza as recommended to us!
