Sion Edwards is known locally for his distilling prowess after co-starting a well-known local gin distillery and later honing his skills at Langley distillery. Now, both Sion and his wife Paula have put all their experience and passion into their own distillery, coming up with an award winning gin, vodka and rum.

Based on Paula’s old Polish family recipe. Herbal vodka is traditional in Poland and Scandinavia. Ultra-smooth and creamy with a subtle sweetness and an endless complex herbal character.
