Very delicate aromas that start out floral but devlop into ripe stone fruits and candied peel. The flavours are like the aromas, subtle to start with but they get bigger and bigger! This is a mineral driven wine (theres a distinct chalky character), a hint of saline, a zesty fresh middle and a stone fruit finish but there is an abundance of textural mothfeel that builds in the background and carries on through to the never ending finish! Only lightly chill this if you want to experience every inch of this wine.
