Made from a marriage of Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes grown in vineyards located in the rural south-west France region of Gascogne. This zingy white is beautifully aromatic – crushed basil leaves, lemons and limes and a hint of tropical pineapple. Medium-bodied with tropical fruit flavours and a zippy finish. We recommend drinking with oily fish or goats cheese but it’s fantastic without food too.
