The name Percheron is derived from the name of a South African breed of horses. Made from 65 year old bush vines – a true national treasure from the Western Cape (like Percheron horses) this is a pretty and flavoursome red with lots of red cherry fruit and exotic spices. Drink slightly chilled on its own, with duck or pork belly.
