Cannonau is also known as Grenache, and is the most widely planted red variety in Sardinia. Bramble, blueberry and redcurrant aomas with savoury and spice. Ripe berry fruits, a mineral edge, forest floor and well integrated soft tannins on the palate. The flavour is lengthy, with a savoury touch. A wine that has lots going on and boasts complexity.
