From the Leganday 1948 Vintage.
Level base of neck, one bottle has mid shoulder level. No sign of seepage at all.
Very clear image of Taylors 1948 Vintage Port on the wax capsule.
Last tasted in 2024, superb colour for such an old boy, a sweet nose with fig, date and mocha to the fore. Mouth filling lushciousness on the palate, dark fruits, mingled with date fig and chocolate flavours. A very special bottle and a real treat.
