Made by American superstar winemaker Paul Hobbs, who has famously been called the ‘Steve Jobs’ of wine by Forbes magazine, for crafting wonderful wines around the world. This classic Malbec has aromas of black fruits, fresh plums and graphite notes. On the palate, the wine is balanced and energetic, with sweet and round tannins then a long finish. A food flexible wine but it drinks particularly well with hearty casseroles and red meats.
