What begins in the vineyard as a colourful mixture of 13 different grape varieties is continued with biodynamic viticulture and minimal interventions. After the harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed and poured into handmade clay amphorae, hence the name of the wine.
What a bottle! It’s astonishing in that it transitions from edgy through to comfy slippers with every single sip you take without you really noticing plus flavours and aromas literally add to the glass every couple of minutes as the wine opens up before a fine and fascinating finish.
