Described as one of the best vintages of the decade!
Big aromas of cassis, plum, cherry and cedar spice, the palate is rich and intense with flavours of blackcurrent, cocoa dust, bitter choclate and a lovely black cherry finish. The structure of this wine is amazing, the tannins are wonderfully ripe and the backbone of fresh acidity keeps the wine from becoming overly ripe. The ultimate roast beef pairing? We think its up there!
