Syrah/Shiraz

Known as Syrah in Old World Regions. Traditionally known as Syrah with more modern wine producing countries labelling as Shiraz, it is one of the most popular grape varieties in the world. Younger bottles explode with the flavours of spices, black treacle and pepper, while wines aged 5-10 years mellow into rich, fruitful flavours of damsons, raspberries and blackcurrants.
