Initial ageing in used Bourbon casks and finished in ex-Moscatel Sherry barrels. Light and soft showing citrus and tangerine marmalade, honey and ripe fruit sweetness. The palate is light and very smooth which evolves to be rich and unctuous but not cloying. A long lingering finish shjowing more citrus, honey and marzipan.
