Sion Edwards is known locally for his distilling prowess after co-starting a well-known local gin distillery and later honing his skills at Langley distillery. Now, both Sion and his wife Paula have put all their experience and passion into their own distillery, coming up with an award winning gin, vodka and rum.

A rounded, finely tuned and balanced London dry gin with all the botanicals complimenting each other. Very smooth with classic Mediterranean herbs of basil, rosemary and thyme. Lovely elderflower sweetness on the finish and coconut from the gorse flowers which are grown locally around Sion’s Welsh farm and home.
