Palate: The flavours are big and bright, juicy apple flavours, a creamy mid palate with sweet spice, a streak of minerality and a crisp citrus finish.
Conclusion: The oak used in the making of this wine has been carried out to perfection, excellent integration without overpowering the fruit flavours.
