In Sweden it’s traditional to flavour and smoke food over juniper wood fires. Svensk Rok (Swedish Smoke) is a peated style whisky using pure Swedish water, Swedish malted barley and Swedish peat. Smokey and spicy with the juniper adding real interest and complexity. Vanilla, smoked pipe tobacco and sweet/sour edge.
