Since its inception, Ridge has focused on single vineyard wines. The history of the Ridge Three Valleys began with the release of the 2001. It is the winemakers wine, made by carefully combining parcels from a number of different vineyards across Sonoma – The 2023 vintage reflects a uniquely cool growing season, leading to a prolonged harvest from mid-August to late September. Sourced from vineyards across Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma Valley, and Russian River Valley, the vines flourish in diverse gravelly loam and clay soils and range from ten to over a hundred years old. Aged for twelve months in air-dried American oak barrels, this wine maintains purity and depth. Enjoyable now, this excellent wine will continue to develop over the next five years.

Blackberry and raspberry aromas. The palate is medium in body with smooth tannins, plum fruit and a note of vanilla on the finish.
