A complex nose with gentle notes of vanilla and citrus. A subtle herbal note; think mint and sage. Very fruity with hints of baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricots and cherries. A background note of almond nuttiness. The oak from the casks comes across as clean pencil shavings. Lovely!
