We are pleased to introduce to you, our new Amps loyalty scheme!

Just talk to a member of staff

To join the scheme just talk to a member of staff in store, phone the office and they will activate your profile, or click/tap the sign-up buttton below to fill out a form. We will ask you to confirm your contact details: Name, Email, Address, Phone number.
Once you have joined the Amps Loyalty Scheme, you will begin to collect points.

QUESTIONS

Can I sign up online?

Click the Sign-up buton or follow this link to submit a request to join the scheme, it is not an instant sign up so please all 48 hours for your profile to be activated. Or to join today please ask in store or phone us on 01832 273502.

Can I redeem points online?

Currently you cannot redeem points online. We are working on making this happen and will let you know when you can.

Where will I be able to see my points?

Points are automatically added when you purchase, so they will appear on your receipt for that transaction. Alternatively, a member of staff will be able to look at your account and let you know how many points you have.

Can I use points on the same purchase that I earn them on?

No. Points cannot be used on the same transaction in which they are earned. Only on following purchases.

How do I spend my loyalty points?

If you have points available, you’ll be able to use them to spend on purchases in store either by:
– Choosing how many points you want to use, or
– Using all available points
Your points will be deducted from the total and any remaining balance (if any) can be paid as normal.

Can I use points with other offers or promotions?

Yes, in most cases.
From time to time we’ll also run special loyalty promotions, such as double points events, where you can earn points faster.
Details of these offers will be shared in-store and by email.

Do my points expire?

At the moment, points do not have an expiry date. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know in advance.

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
If you used points on the original purchase, those points will be refunded back to your account where possible.
