Folding Hill is a boutique family producer dedicated to handcrafting Pinot Noir. Expat, Tim Kerruish is both the winemaker and owner and is making some seriously top flight wines from their 10 acre estate in Bendigo, Central Otago.
This is a very special release from their cellar, which is now 10 years old and shows New Zealand Pinot Noir at its very best! Drinking well now, it has delicious notes of cherries and dried fruits, supple mouthfeel and gentle herby and leathery notes.
Best enjoyed with roasted or slow cooked meats..
