Wire Works Amontillado Sherry is a dual maturation of our lightly- peated spirit, initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Heaven Hills, and finished in fresh sherry quarter casks. Amontillado is a drier, nuttier style of sherry from Spain, this integrates well with the fruity-sweet and gentle smoke flavours in our single malt whisky.
