Game & Rhone Supper
An evening to raise money for The Game Conservancy Trust.
The evening includes:
A butchery demonstration of how to prepare game for cooking by top local butcher, Jamie Laxton.
Top local chef, Keith Mickleburgh of Beetroot Catering, will show us how to cook some tasty ten minute suppers from the prepared game.
Philip Amps of Amps Wine Merchants will match four delicious red wines from Rhone Valley grape varietals to the food.
We will then sit down to a game dish served with a glass of wine.
Booking is necessary.
Your ticket includes all wine samples and food.
Please advise us of any food allergies when booking this event.
The evening will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
If friends/family/colleagues are booking separately, please let us know if you would like to be seated together at time of booking.
Tickets are non refundable but may be transferred up until 3 days before the event.
