The three peaks shown on the label of this wine represent the three co-operatives which joined together to form Bodegas Borsao, a multi award winning producer in Spain. A fruity little number, full of juicy cherry, plum and blueberry fruit, with warm chocolate and spicy flavours.
As with all of the Bodegas Borsao wines, this is an outstanding example of an easy drinking wine that overdelivers on price. In fact here’s what world renowned wine critic Robert Parker had to say: “Possibly the single greatest dry red wine value in the world, this is an unbelievable wine … any wine retailer worth his weight should be stockpiling this wine next to the cash register… I don’t understand how anyone can make wines this good to sell at this price… 90 points.” Robert Parker, the Wine Advocate #203
