Domaine Jean Chauvenet grows nearly 10 hectares of vines, which include no fewer than 7 premier crus. The wines exhibit complexity and black fruit quality that the Pinot Noir grape develops on such magnificent terroirs. Typical of the Cotes du Nuits, this is silky, delicate and yet generous. It works very well with roasted meats and game.
