When Aussie Shiraz is properly made it’s not just good, it’s REALLY good… cue this wine! The team would all happily pay £25 a pop for this because it really over delivers for the money… an absolute humdinger from legendary vineyards.

Robust and not short of personality; bursting with aromas of ripe blackberries, spices, bramble and cherries which flow into a joyful pool of forest fruit flavours, jammy cherries and salted chocolate then finally, a creamy and silky finish. All that flavour is well supported by good structure and plush vanilla oak tannins. Although gorgeous now, it will age gracefully over the next 5 or so years… if you can stop yourself from drinking it now!

Excellent pairing with rich red meat dishes such as a hearty beef & mushroom casserole.
