Like all Valenciso wines this has texture, poise, minerality, elegance and structure – a beautifully crafted wine. A multi layered aroma of floral characters, preserved lemon and gentle smoky notes. The palate is intense and broad with nuts, stone fruit and balancing citrus freshness on the finish. A wine that will continue to develop in the bottle but benefit from decanting when serving. We’re told it’s a particularly good match with hake, saffron and mustard mash.
