A classy Chardonnay crafted from a selection of Vasse Felix’s premier plots of grapes. Made in the modern style of the Margaret River region – combining elegance, power and restraint. One sniff and you’ll be drawn in by honeydew melon, lemon curd, pear and bread dough aromas. To taste, it’s immediately crisp and flinty with fresh plump pineapple, pear and peach fruit, evolving into brioche and nutmeg custard flavours, has an appealing chalky mouthfeel and is superbly structured with a wonderful dry finish.

Drinking beautifully now but keep for another 5 years and you’ll have a well developed and even more complex wine.
