A well-rounded and structured Pinot Noir made from grapes grown in the warm Central Otago region, aged in French oak (25% new) for 10 months. Soft acidity and generous mouthfeel. Lovely dark ripe fruit characters as well as truffle, spice and subtle toasted oak on the palate. Deep in colour with ripe and rich dark fruit characters, a hint of truffle, toasted oak and spices on the palate with soft acidity.
