A vibrant and exceptionally well made wine from a small family producer. Fresh aromatics of limes, honeydew melon and a hint of buttery toast. Flavours of lime, nectarine and fresh lemon. Crisp acidity, textural mouthfeel anbd a creamy, brioche style finish.
For a tasty pairing, serve chilled with crumbed fish tacos, homemade slaw and lemon mayo. A solid choice with fish pie or a halloumi burger too.
