Grown on the hills of the village of Montblanc, in the heart of the Languedoc. Owners Frederick and Catherine encourage minimal intervention by working biodynamically, the grapes are grown without pesticides, harvested by hand and made without the addition of yeast or sulphites, this is a natural wine.
Hints of spice, black and red cherry aromas, the palate is pretty, juicy and delicate but with good tannin grip. This finishes elegant with a defined red fruit.
