Join the always engaging and insightful Johnny Bingham as he hosts a fun and flavourful evening, where great wines meet your favourite takeaway style dishes. Each of the five wines will be paired with a delicious dish prepared by award-winning local caterers, Stanley Street. The dishes will be served sharing style at each table of six, introduced alongside each wine for a relaxed, sociable dining experience with a twist.

Fish & chips
Beer battered fish goujons, served with salt & pepper potato skins and a pea, mint & caper dipping sauce

Egg fried rice
Chinese egg fried rice balls, coated in a sesame & panko breadcrumb and served with a cucumber, spring onion salad and soy dipping sauce
Oliver Zeter Grauburgunder 2024, Germany
Chicken tikka
Chicken thigh marinated in Stanley Street’s own masala, served with raita, mango chutney and boondi crisps
Delheim Gewurztraminer 2024, South Africa
Pizza bruschetta
Toasted ciabatta, topped with a marinara sauce, acorn-fed salami, buffalo mozzarella and gremolata
Chateau La Tuilerie du Puy Carmenere 2022, France
Lamb kofta doner
Turkish lamb and mint kofta, glazed with pomegranate molasses with kebab shop onion salad, pita bread and roasted pepper and dill yogurt
