This producer focuses soley of the production of wines made from the Pedro Ximenez grape (PX) but instead of making them in the usual sherry style they make them as an unfortified style like this one.

Rich aromas of mango, caramelised apple, peach and mango. The palate is unbelievably concentrated; bringing flavours of dried apricots, a touch of cinamin spice, blossom, and this unbelievable intensity of apples. Its like drinking an apple pie….so who needs a dessert?
