“Bordeaux doesn’t get much better than this.”

An elegant nose packed full of blackberry and blackcurrants and slight toasty, spicy notes. The palate has powerful yet well integrated tannins wrapped up in rich fruit and chocolate notes, with a touch of vanilla and spice. Excellent use of oak increases the drinking period of this wine, although it is thoroughly enjoyable now, it should only get better in bottle. 

Can be enjoyed with lamb chops with garlic and herbs, or try with a duck breast salad.
