This is just delicious – note bold type because it really is that delicious! A ripe sweet nose of blackcurrant, herbs and vanilla whilst the palate is soft and spicy with a creamy texture and layers of ripe raspberry and rich blackberry flavours. Great balance and length. Enjoy with game or red meats.
